Shipping Policy

Orders are processed daily and shipped daily unless it’s Summer and your order has candles. Candles are shipped only Mon-Wed during the summer.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on where your package is being sent. Packages will be processed and shipping within 3-7 business days or less of order being placed. If we experience high order volumes processing may be delayed by 1 day. All packages will ship via USPS as priority mail (1-3 business days not including weekends and holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and are NOT an exact guarantee.

There are no shipping refunds for delayed shipment caused by USPS or any circumstances out of our control. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Once packages are delivered to USPS we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

Incorrect Address: Please be sure to correctly enter your address at the placement of your order. We are not responsible for incorrect orders or returned orders due to incorrect address. If your order is returned to us, you must pay a $15 re-ship fee.
