1. Do you do refunds?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. No Refunds

2. When do you ship out orders?

During Summer months orders with candles only ship out Monday-Wednesday. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Please allow 3-7 days for order to be processed and shipped.
